Who We Are

GeoTipper.com is operated by Verdant Web Solutions, LLC, based in Idaho. Contact us at verdantwebsolutions@gmail.com with any privacy questions or concerns.

What We Collect

Free calculators: Nothing. All calculations run entirely in your browser. We never see your city, your service details, your tip amounts, or any inputs you enter. No data is sent to our servers.

GeoTipper Premium subscribers: When you subscribe, Stripe collects your email address and payment information. We receive from Stripe: your email address, your Stripe customer ID, and your subscription status. We do not store your credit card number — Stripe handles all payment data.

Access tokens: When you subscribe, we store a secure random token on our servers (via Netlify) that allows your browser to access premium calculators. This token is not tied to any personally identifiable information beyond your Stripe customer record.

How We Use Your Information

• To verify your active subscription and grant access to premium calculators
• To send transactional emails related to your subscription (via Stripe)
• To remove your access token when you cancel your subscription

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties except Stripe (payment processing) and Netlify (hosting and access token storage).

Stripe

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. When you subscribe, you are subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy. We never see or store your card number, expiration date, or CVV.

Cookies

We set one cookie: geo_token. This is a secure, HTTP-only cookie that identifies your active subscription. It expires after one year or when your subscription is cancelled. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or analytics cookies.

Data Retention

Your access token is deleted from our servers when your subscription is cancelled. Your email and payment history remain in Stripe's systems per their data retention policies.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing verdantwebsolutions@gmail.com. We will remove your access token and request deletion from Stripe within 30 days.

Changes

We may update this policy as our service evolves. Material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page.
